1968 Ford F100 PickupWith the advent of the Pickup truck the world changed. Suddenly farmers and workers had a utilitarian vehicle that was much more suited to them then a muscle car or family car. That being said, just because they were utilitarian doesn''t mean they skimped on the design. Classic trucks still had an attractiveness that you just don''t see in modern vehicles. They had just as much chrome, trim and beauty as their smaller automobile counterparts. This very clean 1968 Ford F100 Pickup is exactly what you picture when you think "work truck." In fact, this pickup was strictly used for driving around the original owners property transporting him from the main house to his favorite watering hole to fish. After using it in this way for many years it was stored away where it sat before being purchase by the current owner. Because of that it is believed that the odometer reading of 8,398 is original. The pickup is painted a two tone Blue and White that looks really sharp. All of the original trim pieces/chrome are there and despite showing their age in a few spots are still in good condition. All of the original F O R D emblems are still found up front with "Ford" also painted in White on the rear tail gate. The truck rides on its original wheels and hubcaps which are all wrapped with thin white wall tires. The drive train of the truck is all original but after sitting for a long period of time required a rebuild as the seals, etc started to break down. It was completely gone through and redone insuring that everything runs smoothly. The 360 V8 may not be covered in chrome but we assure you it is one clean running engine. It starts up with ease and powers this pickup down the road with zero issues. Looking under the hood you will see that the original factory AC compressor is still in place as are other original features like the oil bath air cleaner. The engine is backed by an automatic transmission that shifts well with no problems. The interior is all original and even has the factory cloth/vinyl upholstery on the bench seat. The dash and doors are all painted Blue to match the exterior and are topped with the original trim components as well as the original handles, knobs, switches, etc. The original underdash AC unit is in place and has the original style wood grain trim mounted on top. It blows cold with no issues.Looking around at others you will see this truck is priced right. Others priced similar don''t have nearly this low of miles and aren''t in as good of condition. This is one solid pickup that will never let you down!Make it yours for $18,750.00!Click for Printable Brochure(for best quality and printing on 1 page scale to 80%)Year 1968Make FordModel F100VIN# F10YKD31970Color Blue and WhiteInterior BlackEngine 360 V8Transmission AutomaticMileage 8,398 originalOther Factory AC, 2 owner, rebuilt drive train!Price $18,750.00Stock No. #1425Click "Read more about this car" below for more details & to watch video!
