Lagonda 2-Litre Low Chassis Continental, year 1932. Colour black with a dark red leather interior and dark red carpet. Black hood, tonneau cover and hood cover. Dark green enameled wire wheels. The 2-Litre Continental is a very rare Lagonda, only 23 have been built from April until July 1932. Most of them survived the test of time. The 2-Litre Continental is in our opinion one of the most handsome Lagonda models with its swept-back radiator, curved bonnet line and low stance. Some history: the first owner, Mr. Edward Lyon had the automobile from 1932 until 1963! He then sold the car to Mr. Tony Spencer who sold the car in still unrestored original condition in 1994.The new owner started a full nut and bolt frame off restoration to the highest standards. Costs nor effort were saved to reach perfection in detail and finish. Pictures and invoices of the restoration are present. Also present is a comprehensive history file. This fabulous Lagonda Continental is in perfect concours (show) condition. This is a rare opportunity to buy without doubt the most beautiful Lagonda 2-Litre Low Chassis Continental in existence.
