Description:

1933 Chevrolet Coupe - All Steel, Mercury modelIt never ceases to amaze us how many unique body styles and car models there actually were. Because there were so many out there you can imagine that there are some styles that were manufactured less often and thus have become more unique and rare as time goes on. Well here is one of them. Not only is this street unique in that it is a 33 Chevrolet, it is what is known as the Mercury model coupe or Standard coupe. This differed slightly from the regularly body style and had a much lower production number. It was produced in 1933 only and only 8,909 107" wheelbase 3 windows were made. The all steel body on this car is in great condition with no rust or damage. It is painted a custom two tone Salmon and White that works perfectly together. This is then accented by custom pinstriping and graphic work down the sides. Being an original steel car and a somewhat rare one at that the body has been kept as stock as possible. The roof height has not been altered nor have any emblem holes or door handles been filled like you would see on some street rods. Nice chrome bumpers are in place and all of the chrome on the car looks great. The car has a great stance and rides around on fully polished out Boyd Coddington wheels.Getting this car moving is the always faithful 350/350 combo that has proven itself time and time again. It has been cleanly done with the block painted to match the car. It is packed with billet and chrome components with "Heartbeat" Chevy valve covers on each side. Custom dual exhaust has been added and delivers an awesome sound. The suspension has been updated with a Mustang II style system up front and the car has a Ford 9" in the rear. Disc brakes are in place and the car is extremely easy to drive. The interior is completed in a cloth and leather combination that is very comfortable. The bucket seats sit nicely in place and are easily adjustable. The dash is painted to match the car with the lower section done in White. It is topped with white faced gauges as well as inset vents for the AC system. A tilt steering column is in place and looks perfect with the polished Billet wheel sitting on top.The trunk of the car was finished as well and is where you will find the relocated battery. This is one cool classic with a touch of uniqueness you don''t always see. This car would be the perfect addition to any collectionespecially at only $34,500.00!Year 1933Make ChevroletModel Mercury Coupe - All steelVIN#Color Salmon and WhiteInterior Matching cloth and leatherEngine 350V8Transmission Turbo 350MileageOther AC, Tilt column, dual exhaust!Price $34,500.00Stock No. #13014
