This Coronet was kept in a closed garage with the windows covered and have kept under car cover. Driven occasionally to keep the engine serviced.Former owner was a mechanic by trade and purchased this car from Fitz Motor Company in Chase City, Virginia where he lived all of his life. The Vin number identifies this car as being built in Detroit and the assembly line markings are still clearly visible on the firewall which dates this car as being assembled on 5/24/56. Virginia inspection certificates give the mileage history. From 1956 through 1960 owner put 31,320 miles on this Dodge Coronet. From 1960 through 1972 owner only put an additional 4,830 miles on his Coronet. The last inspection in June 1972 certifies the millage at 36,150. This car now has only 41,000 miles and she is in exceptional condition.Great effort has been taken to keep this Coronet original. I have enjoyed car shows and displays while only putting an average of about 600 miles per year on this car to keep every thing running smoothly. This Coronet is equipped with the famous Red Ram V8 and a push button transmission. This car is an excellent example of a historically preserved American car with documentation.---> By offering Nationwide Pre-purchase Inspections, Worldwide Shipping, Escrow Services for Buying a Car Safely and a Free Locator Service. < ---
