We''ve had a lot of Chevy pickups come through our showroom, but few have approached the incredible smoothness of this 1967 C10. From its totally custom grille to the spectacular bed floor that''s been stained blue, it defies convention and delivers something entirely new to a segment sorely in need of a little freshening. There''s not a panel on this truck that hasn''t been smoothed, molded, or altered in some way, yet it''s still 100% recognizable as one of Chevy''s finest. Deleting all the trim and emblems certainly helps achieve a slick look, but it''s that icy silver paint that seals the deal. Lots of time and effort went into getting all the bodywork smooth, and it shows, with great gaps and a shiny final finish that makes this truck show-worthy in every way. Check out the custom mirrors grafted onto the doors, the LED center taillight in the tailgate, and the custom rear roll pan that finishes the factory sheetmetal perfectly. The front bumper was smoothed and color-matched to the body, then fitted with a pair of fog lamps that echo the custom headlights just above. And yes, the bed floor is an absolute work of art. We realize it''s not for everyone, but the workmanship is impressive and we can almost guarantee that there''s nothing else like it at any show you''ll attend. The interior is a bit less radical but every bit as well finished as the bodywork. Twin bucket seats offer custom-stitched two-tone seat covers that wear period-perfect pleats. A custom center console was fabricated to fit between them and hosts cup holders and the power window switches, plus a handy storage bin up near the front. This Chevy''s original instrument panel remains intact, but the gauges are now big, bold Auto Meter dials framed by a custom billet steering wheel. The padded portion of the dash is upholstered to match the seats, as are the door panels, and gray carpets on the floors help control noise and heat for comfortable cruising. Thanks to a powerful A/C system from Vintage Air, you don''t have to worry about long highway drives in warm weather, and a trick rear-view mirror with compass and temperature read-outs is a neat modern-tech touch. Reliable power comes from a 350 cubic inch Chevy V8 tied to a TH400 3-speed automatic transmission, making for one of the most bulletproof powertrains in existence. There''s nothing radical going on under the hood because getting there is more important than reinventing the wheel, but it is nicely kitted out with some chrome dress-up pieces and bright red plug wires that add the truck''s only splash of color. Long-tube headers feed a custom Flowmaster dual exhaust system with twin tips peeking out from under the rear pan. The firewall and inner fenders are as nicely finished as the rest of the body, so you won''t think twice about lifting the hood at a show. The suspension has been lowered to give it a sporting stance and just the right rake, and big Boss Motorsports wheels fill the wheel wells using staggered 255/45/20 front and giant 265/40/22 Toyo radials. Wild yet functional, this pickup embodies vastly more work than your average cruise night special. There''s surely vastly more than the asking price tied up in it, so if you like the look you''re going to love the price. Call today! This vehicle is located in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom.
