Description:

The El Camino was conceived as a response to the Ford Ranchero. The first model run of cars lasted only one year but Chevrolet resumed El Camino production in 1964 based on the Chevelle platform. As the model line matured into the 1970''s, the El Camino gained a cult following within the custom car movement and eventually became a fixture in pop culture. The El Co aftermarket offered a variety of ways to stylize yours with accessories like the Choo Choo grilles, Targa Tops and even imitation pony-hide tonneau bed covers. The El Camino line ceased production in 1987. This 1985 model is very clean and well maintained in an indoor collection. 68,185 original miles. Excellent condition Dark Blue & Sage paint, chrome and Royal Blue interior with clean wood pattern trim. The Tonneau top is in excellent shape and fits perfectly over the bed. The 4.3 liter V6 is clean and runs strong. Complete video of this vehicle available. Call our classic car division at 815-385-8408 for video and/or vehicle information.
