Description:

1969 Dodge Super Bee   History   The Dodge Super Bee was a limited-production muscle car from Dodge, produced from 1968 until 1971. The original Dodge Super Bee was based on the design of the Dodge Coronet, designed as a two-door coupe, and was produced from 1968 until 1970. The origin of the name, "Super Bee", has its basis in the "B" Body designation pertinent to Chrysler''s mid-sized cars, including the Road Runner and Charger.   The designers were assigned the task of creating a name and identity for the Dodge version, with senior designer, Harvey J. Winn, winning the "contest" with the name "Super Bee" and a new logo design based on the Dodge "Scat Pack" Bee medallion. The show car was eventually introduced at the 1968 Detroit Auto Show.   A hardtop version joined the existing pillared coupe body in 1969 and a new optional twin-scooped air induction hood, the "Ramcharger", became available. This particular option was coded N-96 and was the counterpart to the Plymouth Road Runner''s "Coyote Duster" air induction hood. The "Ramcharger" hood featured forward-facing scoops that were more efficient than the Road Runner''s "twin vents", as the latter merely lay flat on the hood and did not force air into the carburetor(s) as the Super Bee''s did.     1969 Dodge Super Bee   VIN WM23H9E156569     Mechanics   Numbers Matching 383ci Motor   727 Automatic Transmission (Correct Year, but Non-Numbers Matching)   Fresh Air Car   Nicely Detailed Motor   Hoses Look Great, Correct Clamps   Nice Air Cleaner   Prestolite Wiper Motor   Very Nice Wiring   Electronic Ignition Distributor   Manual Steering (video is incorrect)   8 ¾ Rear End 3:23 Sure Grip   741 Case   Thrush Mufflers, Sound Great   Newer Exhaust System, In Great Shape   10” Drum Brakes   Front Suspension Looks Great   Front Sway Bar   Leaf Springs are in Great Shape   Shocks are New   Newer Gas Tank     Body   Beautiful Blue Metallic Paint   Ramcharger Hood   Solid Straight Body   Doors Fit and Operate Great   Door Lips and Jambs are Clean and Solid   Chrome and Stainless are in Good Shape   Solid, Nicely Painted Trunk with New Mat and Seals   Super Bee Rear Stripe   BF Goodrich Radial T/A Tires -  215/70/15 Front, 275/60/15 Rear   5 Spoke Chrome Wheels   Painted and Detailed Undercarriage   Floors and Frame are Solid     Interior   Beautiful Two-Tone Blue Interior   Split Bench Seat   Column Shift   Door Panels are in Great Shape   Seatbelts Front and Back   Headliner is in Great Shape   Dome Light Works   Steering Wheel is in Great Shape, Looks to be Original   Dash is in Great Shape   Interior Chrome is Beautiful           Don’t Miss Out! Call Tom 7 Days a Week, Including Holidays! 248-974-9513   Vanguard Motor Sales started 25 years ago as a part time hobby. Within the last 8 years we have become the premier seller of classic and muscle cars, both locally and internationally. Vanguard Motor Sales is an experienced seller with integrity, and our 100% positive feedback on eBay supports that! Click the “eBay Feedback” button on the home page of our website, or the number next to our name on eBay (vanguardmotorsales), and you will be able to read all of the positive feedback we’ve received over the last 8 years! Our inventory is always stored indoors! We have a brand new, state-of-the-art, 20,000 square foot facility that is open to the public. We would love for you to stop by and see us! We are located 20 minutes away from Detroit Metro Airport, and would be happy to pick you up and drop you off if you fly in. New cars arrive daily, and our inventory is always changing. Vanguard Motor Sales owns all of our inventory, we are not a consignment dealership. You are dealing directly with the owner of the vehicle, not a middle man. All of our vehicle titles are free of liens, and we are not selling other peoples problems. Every car we purchase is of the utmost quality. Our mission is to exceed your expectations! If you are interested in this car, or any of our other 50+ cars, don’t wait for the auction to end on eBay. You may loose out if you wait! Our shop is open to the public, and when a walk in customer puts a deposit on a car we reserve the right to close the eBay listing before the auction ends. If you think this car is “The One”, we can end the auction by adding a “But It Now” to the auction for the reserve price. If an auction ends and the bids do not meet the reserve price, we will continue to relist it until it sells. Do not hesitate to contact Tom 7 days a week!   We take over 100 photographs of the car, as well as a high definition video, so you know exactly what to expect. We encourage you to hire an independent inspector to check out the car, prior to purchase or bidding. We have a hoist available for views of the undercarriage, and our mechanics are available to speak with if you have any questions.   Vanguard Motor Sales has sold classic and muscle cars to customers in The United States, Canada, Australia, The United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, France, Norway, The Netherlands and many other countries. We are experts in over seas shipping, and handle all of the details. The shipping companies we work with are insured, so your vehicle will be safe and secure during transport. We ship all of our vehicles enclosed, so they leave our shop clean and they are delivered to your driveway clean.   We''ve built our reputation on selling high quality cars honestly and fairly. We have up-front, no haggle pricing! Call Tom today, and let Vanguard Motor Sales park your dream in your driveway!   248-974-9513   We make every effort to represent this vehicle as accurately as possible and to the best of knowledge at the time of listing. Content is based on inspection, research and/or information provided by previous owner(s). We encourage buyers to make a thorough, independent inspection and investigation to verify the accuracy of any claims to originality, history, equipment or other information provided prior to the purchase. Vehicle is being sold with no warranty in "As Is/Where Is" condition.
