Description:

1959 Apache Pickup   History Chevrolet Task Force is the successor to the venerable Advance Design trucks, the Task Force Series ran from late 1955 (second series) through 1959. 1958 was the first year for the fleetside bed, and the front end was significantly redesigned. All ?-ton trucks are now called Apaches. The truck now had four headlights instead of the previous two and features a shorter, wider grille running the width of the front end. Parking lights are now in the grille instead of being in the front of the fender and the hood is similar to 1955/1956 models, but with a flat "valley" in the middle. This was also the first year for factory-equipped air conditioning. 1959 featured minimal changes from 1958. The most apparent was a larger and more ornate hood emblem and redesigned badging on the fenders. This was the last year that the NAPCO "Powr-Pak" four-wheel drive conversion could be factory ordered.   VIN 3A59S122731   This beautiful Apache has had a frame-off restoration, which was completed 3 months ago.     Mechanics   Mildly Built Crate 350ci   350 Transmission   Completely Upgraded Suspension   Visible Bolt Heads are Engraved with Chevy Logo   New Gas Tank   Truck Rear End, No Posi Traction   Flowmaster Mufflers   Nice Exhaust Hangers   Power Booster and Corvette Master Cylinder Mounted Underneath   Wire Looms   Billet Aluminum Timing Cover   Chrome Pulleys   Chrome Alternator   Billet Valve Covers   Edelbrock Intake   Edelbrock Carb   New Radiator   Aluminum Trans Pan   Aluminum Close Out Panel on Torque Converter   Aluminum Oil Pan   Jet Coated Shorty Headers   Chrome High Torque Starter   Front Disc Brakes   Solid Front Axle     Body   Professional Red Paint   Door Gaps are Beautiful   Door Jambs, Lips and Rubber are Perfect   Straight Solid Body   Lowered 4”   New Radial Tires 225/75/15 Front and Rear   Painted Wheels New Dog Dish Caps and Beauty Rings   All New Chrome and Stainless   Brand New Solid Oak Bed   Stained and Finished Underside of Bed   Redundant LED Brake Lights   Authentic Antique Coke Cooler in Bed, is Removable   Rear Bumper Removed   Louvers in Rear Valence   Custom Brushed Aluminum Running Board Step Pads   Every Nut and Bolt has been Replaced   Painted Frame      Inner Wheel Wells Nicely Painted   Underside of Cab and Running Boards are Undercoated   Rockers are Clean and Solid   Tinted Glass     Interior   All New Interior   Door Panels and Dash are Beautifully Painted   Ididit Tilt Column   Beautiful Chrome Inside   B&M Shifter   Seatbelts   New Carpet   New Headliner and Visors   New Seat Covers   Custom AutoMeter Gauges   Radio Delete   Column Mounted Tachometer   Custom 1956 Chevy Bel Air Steering Wheel       Don’t Miss Out! Within the last 8 years we have become the premier seller of classic and muscle cars, both locally and internationally. Vanguard Motor Sales is an experienced seller with integrity, and our 100% positive feedback on eBay supports that! Click the “eBay Feedback” button on the home page of our website, or the number next to our name on eBay (vanguardmotorsales), and you will be able to read all of the positive feedback we’ve received over the last 8 years! Our inventory is always stored indoors! We have a brand new, state-of-the-art, 20,000 square foot facility that is open to the public. We would love for you to stop by and see us! We are located 20 minutes away from Detroit Metro Airport, and would be happy to pick you up and drop you off if you fly in. New cars arrive daily, and our inventory is always changing. Vanguard Motor Sales owns all of our inventory, we are not a consignment dealership. You are dealing directly with the owner of the vehicle, not a middle man. All of our vehicle titles are free of liens, and we are not selling other peoples problems. Every car we purchase is of the utmost quality. Our mission is to exceed your expectations! If you are interested in this car, or any of our other 50+ cars, don’t wait for the auction to end on eBay. You may loose out if you wait! Our shop is open to the public, and when a walk in customer puts a deposit on a car we reserve the right to close the eBay listing before the auction ends. If you think this car is “The One”, we can end the auction by adding a “But It Now” to the auction for the reserve price. If an auction ends and the bids do not meet the reserve price, we will continue to relist it until it sells. Do not hesitate to contact Tom 7 days a week!   We take over 100 photographs of the car, as well as a high definition video, so you know exactly what to expect. We encourage you to hire an independent inspector to check out the car, prior to purchase or bidding. We have a hoist available for views of the undercarriage, and our mechanics are available to speak with if you have any questions.   Vanguard Motor Sales has sold classic and muscle cars to customers in The United States, Canada, Australia, The United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, France, Norway, The Netherlands and many other countries. We are experts in over seas shipping, and handle all of the details. The shipping companies we work with are insured, so your vehicle will be safe and secure during transport. We ship all of our vehicles enclosed, so they leave our shop clean and they are delivered to your driveway clean.   We''ve built our reputation on selling high quality cars honestly and fairly. We have up-front, no haggle pricing! Call Tom today, and let Vanguard Motor Sales park your dream in your driveway!   248-974-9513   We make every effort to represent this vehicle as accurately as possible and to the best of knowledge at the time of listing. Content is based on inspection, research and/or information provided by previous owner(s). We encourage buyers to make a thorough, independent inspection and investigation to verify the accuracy of any claims to originality, history, equipment or other information provided prior to the purchase. Vehicle is being sold with no warranty in "As Is/Where Is" condition.
